Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable cannabis laws in their jurisdiction. Weede LLC assumes no liability for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

Marketplace Role:

• Weede LLC acts solely as a facilitator, providing a platform for storefronts to list products and for Users to browse and place orders.
• Weede LLC does not sell, manufacture, deliver, or store cannabis products.

No Ownership of Products:

All products listed on the platform are owned, sold, and delivered exclusively by the storefronts. Weede LLC is not responsible for product availability, quality, or legality.

Service Restrictions:

Certain features or services may be unavailable in specific geographic areas or restricted by law.

Compliance with Laws:

Users must ensure their actions on the platform comply with all applicable cannabis laws, including purchase, consumption, and possession limits.

Account Security:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Weede LLC immediately.

Accurate Information:

Users must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and transactions. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

Health Advice:

Weede LLC does not provide medical advice. Users are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare professional before consuming cannabis products, especially if:

1. They have pre-existing medical conditions.
2. They are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive.
3. They are taking prescription medications or supplements.

California Proposition 65 Warning:

Certain cannabis products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Review all product warnings and consult a physician if needed.

Third-Party Listings:

Weede LLC does not own, sell, or deliver any cannabis products. Product listings are created and managed by the storefronts.

Accuracy of Product Information:

Descriptions, images, and availability are provided by the storefronts. While Weede LLC strives for accuracy, it cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of product information.

No Warranty of Quality:

Weede LLC does not warrant the quality, safety, or suitability of products listed by storefronts. All product inquiries must be directed to the storefront.

Billing Information:

Users are responsible for ensuring that billing and payment information provided on the platform is accurate and up to date.

Payments:

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Weede LLC does not store or manage payment information. Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved with the payment processor or the storefront.

Tax Compliance:

California state taxes, including sales and cannabis-related taxes, are calculated and collected by the storefronts. Weede LLC does not collect or remit cannabis-related taxes.

Opt-In Consent:

By opting into the SMS/MMS program, Users consent to receive automated messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out:

Users may opt-out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by contacting Weede LLC.

No Guarantee of Delivery:

Messaging services are provided "as-is," and Weede LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party carriers or external factors.

Third-Party Responsibility:

Weede LLC does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, practices, or reliability of third-party links or tools. Users engage with such tools at their own risk.

Platform Warranties:

Weede LLC provides its platform, content, and services "as-is" and "as-available," with no warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weede LLC disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform, services, or third-party content.

Arbitration Agreement:

All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Federal Arbitration Act.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding its conflict of law principles.
